The dress will be make similar at the Scarlett O'Hara tea picnic/bbq dress
make from a similar white/green patter fabric I added ruffles and green
velvet trim at the end of each ruffle the dress is floor length full lined
it ties on the back with a lace up style
I made a similar green belt that ties on the back of the waist
the green/white patter fabric is hand made stamp it to give
the dress a identical look as the picture, green shades
could be vary.
